IT Field Technician (Independent Contractor – Net 15)

Plush Intentions LLC is expanding our network of IT Field Technicians across Ohio. We’re looking for tech savvy contractors who can handle on site service calls, installations, troubleshooting, and device/network support.

If you have real IT experience and your own equipment, you can start receiving work orders quickly.

Position Overview

As an IT Field Technician, you will complete scheduled work orders such as:

• Network device installs

• Router/WiFi troubleshooting

• POS system setup

• Low voltage cabling

• Hardware swaps

• Basic IT support tasks

You choose the jobs you want, complete them independently, and get paid on a net 15 schedule.

Required Equipment

• Laptop capable of running browser based portals

• Smartphone for receiving job notifications & uploading photos

• Tool kit including drill, testers, cable tools, etc.

• Reliable vehicle for traveling to job sites

Required Skills

• IT troubleshooting

• Networking basics (routers, switches, access points)

• Low voltage cabling

• Ability to follow detailed work orders

• Professional communication with clients & dispatch
