We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team, responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing piping systems for a variety of systems including stormwater, sanitary, domestic water, medical fluids, acid waste, fuel oils, fuel gases, and heating water. The role also involves installing and repairing fixtures and equipment related to stormwater removal, sanitary disposal, laboratory disposal, drinking water, medical waste disposal, and heating.
Responsibilities
Assemble, install, and repair piping systems for various systems.
Install and repair fixtures and equipment for stormwater, sanitary, laboratory, and heating systems.
Read, understand, and apply plumbing codes, specifications, submittals, and blueprints.
Work with materials such as PVC, ABS, CPVC, Copper, Cast Iron, Steel, and Stainless.Essential Skills
5+ years of commercial plumbing installation experience.
Proficiency in plumbing, construction, piping, and blueprint reading.
Experience with PVC, cast iron, soldering, and pipe fitting.Additional Skills & Qualifications
OSHA 10 certification.
Basic plumbing hand tools.
PPE including type 2 hard hat, high visibility wear, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.

Work Environment
Work on various commercial and industrial construction projects in Columbus and Athens, OH. The position operates on a 1st shift schedule from Monday to Friday with minimal Saturday work. Reliable transportation is required as you will report to the job site every day.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
