We're hiring a Senior Java Engineer to help architect and scale mission-critical, internet-facing systems for a global initiative. This is a role for someone who wants real technical ownership-not just coding, but shaping architecture, standards, and system evolution.

What You'll Own

Design and scale distributed systems using Java 17/21+ & Spring Boot

Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) in real-world production environments

Drive architecture decisions for scalability, performance, and resilience

Champion TDD, trunk-based development, and modern delivery practices

Build cloud-native services with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

Mentor engineers and influence engineering standards

What You Bring

8+ years building backend systems at scale

Deep expertise in Java + Spring Boot

Strong experience with microservices, DDD, and distributed systems

Hands-on with containers (Docker/K8s) and modern DevOps practices

Experience with cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Bonus: Kafka / event-driven architecture
