Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in ServiceNow testing. The role involves manual and automated testing of ServiceNow solutions.

Key Skills:

ServiceNow testing (ATF)

Automation testing (Selenium)

Knowledge of ServiceNow modules, workflows, ACLs, integrations

IRM/GRC experience preferred

JavaScript or Python (nice to have) Responsibilities:

Create & execute test cases and automation scripts

Perform end-to-end and regression testing

Validate workflows and configurations

Collaborate with teams and report defects Requirements:

5+ years QA experience

3+ years ServiceNow ATF testing

Agile/Scrum experience

Strong communication skills Preferred:

ServiceNow certifications

CI/CD tools experience
