Job Description
· Drive trucks for field by performing pre-trip, transport our equipment to and from job.
· Perform PMs on equipment per OSHA standards and schedules
· Perform repair work on equipment, belts including splicing and repairs of belting.
· Perform skilled electrical/mechanical work to maintain/repair equipment used in field.
· Communicate with foreman, customers, and Opetations Manager.
· Maintain records and logs of work performed requiring use of ELDs, and time sheets.
· Operate forklift, aerial lift.
· On call 24/7 for emergency work requirements, including travel and extended stays.
· Maintain clean and safe work areas.
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds.
- Mechanical experience to work on vehicles a plus.
Education
· High School diploma or GED certificate.
· Continued education in mechanical and electrical technology a plus.
Experience
· 3-5 years in the maintenance and repair of equipment.
·Be open to obtain a valid Class A CDL driver's license with no major infractions in last 7 years and must maintain as a condition of continued employment.
· Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and diagrams.
Physical Requirements
· Pass drug test, including hair follicle and participate in random drug program
· Pass background check
· Pass a DOT physical
· Maintain the following physical abilities:
o Mobility to walk, bend, stand, crouch, or climb for extended periods of time
o Must be able to lift 100 pounds
