Orthopedic Surgeon

The exciting part is they're entering a major growth phase. Their goal is to grow from four physicians to ten over the next year while building a brand-new physician-led ambulatory surgery center. They're looking for fellowship-trained surgeons who want to be part of building something—not just taking another employed hospital job.

They're hiring in Adult Reconstruction, Orthopedic Trauma, Neuro/Ortho Spine, and Interventional Pain.

The ideal candidate is someone finishing fellowship in 2026 or 2027, or an early-career surgeon who wants to make their mark in private practice. They're looking for physicians who think like builders—people interested in long-term relationships, future partnership opportunities, and helping grow one of the premier independent orthopedic groups in Middle Tennessee.
