Responsibilities

1. Monitor sales team day to day work on software tracker.

2. Call them in morning if data not entered in software.

3. Coordinate with Sales Team handling the respective party for payment clearance.

4. Full time on call with Sales Team to track their every moment and provide them necessary reports.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree.

2. Have strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills with an optimistic and proactive personality.

3. Be able to work under pressure with a strong teamwork spirit.

4. Proficient in English and Hindi.

5. Prior experience in customer care related areas are preferred.

Experience: 1 to 3 years.
