In the Industrial Engineering & Projects Department, we aim to deliver innovative and sustainable industrial solutions by designing, integrating, and implementing equipment and systems that support operational excellence and future growth.
MISSION:
In the domain of industrial equipment and project engineering,
Lead engineering studies to identify and deliver the most effective technical solutions for industrial investment projects.
Design, integrate, and implement equipment solutions in compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and project objectives.
Manage project execution from concept through installation, commissioning, and final acceptance.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Good understanding of mechanical systems, equipment design, and industrial engineering principles
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications
Proficiency in mechanical design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
Good knowledge of mechanical analysis and engineering calculations
Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Experience or exposure to project execution, equipment installation, or industrial engineering projects
Ability to prepare technical reports, engineering documentation, and presentations
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Fluent in English (written & spoken, minimum B2 level)
Preferred:
Experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or capital investment projects
Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, design reviews, and quality planning processes
Experience managing suppliers, contractors, or engineering consultants
Familiarity with equipment commissioning and factory/site acceptance testing
