What You’ll Do

Complete tile installations for showers, floors, and bathroom projects

Run jobs independently when needed

Work alongside other installers and help guide apprentices

Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

Communicate clearly with clients and team members

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in tile installation (showers, floors, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to lead, teach, and support apprentices

Professional appearance and respectful attitude on job sites

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Drug-free and able to perform at a high level every day

Organized, accountable, and communicates well
