Basic Functions
Flexible, on-call work that makes a difference
Santa Barbara City College's Athletic Department is seeking dependable, professional individuals to join our Athletics Transportation Team. Successful applicants will be added to our on-call employee pool and offered assignments as team travel needs arise throughout the academic year. The hiring and onboarding process takes approximately two weeks and includes DMV screening, HR paperwork, a TB test, and Live Scan fingerprinting. After receiving HR clearance, employees will complete a required, paid training with the Athletic Director (R-2 Training) and Athletics Administrative Assistant. Once training is complete, you'll be eligible to accept assignments as they become available and can choose to work as many—or as few—assignments as fit your schedule.
