Neonatology Physician

Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist to join a high-performing, collaborative neonatal team serving one of California s busiest delivery regions.

This role offers the ideal blend of community-based practice with the full clinical and subspecialty support of a nationally recognized pediatric health system. Our off-site NICUs allow physicians to build meaningful relationships with their care teams and families while practicing high-acuity neonatal medicine in a more personalized setting.

Balanced mix of tertiary acuity and community newborn care

12 hour shifts

Level III - 45 licensed beds, 11-14 daily census with 3500 deliveries.

MFM local partnership.

No surgeries, no cooling but trying to start.

32 low baby weight cases annually and have vents.

Salary Range: $325,717 - $414,042
