The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Experience representing clients in complex litigation involving data privacy, cyber security, and technology errors and omissions (E&O).
Senior-level knowledge of privacy laws, technology transactions, cybersecurity incidents, and professional liability.
Strong litigation background, experience with regulatory investigations, and the ability to advise clients on risk mitigation strategies in the rapidly evolving landscape of privacy and technology law.
Prior experience at an AmLaw 200, Law360 400, respected regional or sophisticated boutique firm (7 years out or more).
