Job Description
•Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers
•Develop work schedules and establish procedures
•Ensure farm safety procedures are followed
•Maintain quality control and production records
•Ensure payroll is processed timely
•Hire and train farm workers
•May perform general farm duties
Experience
•1-2 Years of related experience

Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Hand-eye co-ordination, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Large workload
