Could you be the full-time Test Technician in Fez we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our testing processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering and production teams), analyze electrical defects based on wiring diagrams and schematics, and support the debugging of test programs when necessary.
You’ll specifically take care of creating electrical defect reports and ensuring proper repairs, but also contribute to training and integrating new recruits.
We’ll look to you for:
Analyzing electrical defects using the Wire List and electrical schematics
Training and integrating new recruits
Creating detailed electrical defect reports and ensuring correct repairs
Supporting debugging of test programs, if required
Ensuring adherence to Golden Rules of Testing
Providing on-call support when necessary

Degree in Electromechanics, Electronics, IT Networks, or similar (DTS, BTS, or DUT)
Experience or understanding of electrical testing processes (with or without prior experience)
Proficiency in French (mandatory)
Knowledge of English (highly desirable)
Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Ability to handle stress and work in a 4-shift schedule
