We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our residential team providing care and support to our residents with disabilities and special needs. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced nurses and new LPN Graduates looking to begin their nursing career in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

As an LPN, you will play a vital role in promoting the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we serve while working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor residents' health and report changes in condition.

Coordinate medical appointments and follow-up care.

Maintain accurate medical documentation and medication records (MARs).

Communicate effectively with physicians, pharmacies, guardians, therapists, and team members.

Review and implement physician orders.

Provide guidance and training to direct care staff on health-related needs.

Ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

Current Florida LPN license.

New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Current CPR certification.

Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.

Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
