Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center – Pineville, NC

Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN All Shifts Available

Sign-On Bonus: $8,000 (Full-Time)

Position Summary:

Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care including medication administration, treatments, and assessments

Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and leadership

Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Ensure accurate and timely documentation

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans

Schedule Options:

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN available

Every other weekend required

Compensation & Benefits:

Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN license

Current CPR certification
