Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Administrator for 2 facilities Northeast Center and Pine Valley Center.

Full-time

$180,000-$220,000 salary

Primary Responsibilities

Provide operational oversight for multiple SNFs

Coach and develop Licensed Nursing Home Administrators (LNHAs) and leadership teams.

Ensure compliance with CMS, state Department of Health regulations, and life safety requirements.

Improve Quality Measures (QMs), Five-Star ratings, survey outcomes, infection prevention, and resident satisfaction.

Monitor financial performance, including:

Census and occupancy

Medicare and Managed Care mix

Labor management

Budget performance

Support facilities during state surveys, complaint investigations, and plans of correction.

Lead turnaround initiatives in underperforming buildings.

Partner with Directors of Nursing, Medical Directors, Rehabilitation, Finance, HR, and Clinical Consultants.

Recruit, mentor, and evaluate Administrators and key department leaders.

Implement corporate initiatives and standardize best practices across facilities.

Serve as interim executive leadership during administrator vacancies.

Typical Qualifications

Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license NYS

5+ years of progressive SNF leadership experience.

Successful tenure as an Administrator with strong survey and financial outcomes.

Multi-site leadership experience preferred.

Expertise in:

CMS regulations

PDPM reimbursement

Budget management

Quality improvement

Census development

Labor management

Ability to travel extensively (often 50–80%).
