Your Role Not all L&D roles are the same. This one is about building character, not just running programs. We’re looking for someone who can design learning experiences that help people:
Grow in self-awareness and ownership
Manage how they show up in real situations
Understand others with empathy
Build trust through meaningful interactions
If you believe learning should go beyond content and actually influence mindset, habits, and ways of working, you’ll fit right in. What you'll do:
Design and deliver programs focused on character, leadership, and real-world application
Partner with leaders to solve actual capability gaps
Measure what matters: growth, application, and performance Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
3–5 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering L&D programs (facilitation, curriculum, and program design)
Strong foundation in adult learning principles, with the ability to translate them into engaging, effective learning experiences
Strong facilitator who can guide conversations and elevate critical thinking in the room
Demonstrated expertise in applying learning design and evaluation frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, Agile, Kirkpatrick)
Able to leverage LMS platforms and digital tools (e.g., Canva, Google Suite) to design and deliver engaging learning experiences
