Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the travel planning process

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Coordinate client requests with internal team members

Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments

Assist with travel-related administrative tasks and itinerary coordination

Monitor client communications and ensure timely follow-up

Resolve routine client concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary

Provide exceptional customer service throughout each client interaction

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace
