Regular weekday schedule – Manassas, VA area.
We have an immediate opening for an experience Executive Chef. The ideal culinary background will include hotel and/or contract foodservice venues.
The position will provide oversite to several sous chefs and team members and will require experience in menu creativity with emphasis on nutrition.
Chefs are required to have a 4-year culinary degree, the highest standards of food safety and sanitation standards with strong understanding of Virginia State requirements.
Chefs that have experience with government contract accounts including an upscale dining facility are encouraged to apply.
This role comes with an extensive, generous array of benefits/vacation and a regular workweek.
Salary will be in the mid-upper $50’s base.
