Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

3+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Experience with software design, application development, testing, deployment, and production support in scalable environments.

Experience developing, debugging, and optimizing applications using modern programming languages and database technologies.

Understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Experience working in Agile development environments and applying best practices for CI/CD, application reliability, resiliency, and security.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver scalable solutions. Preferred Qualifications

Experience building and supporting cloud-native, distributed, or microservices-based applications.

Familiarity with modern technology domains such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile application development.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Knowledge of performance optimization, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence practices.
