Cladding Lead-hand/Cladder

Install and repair exterior cladding on buildings and structures.

Install exterior and interior prefabricated products

Measure and cut cladding materials to fit the building or structure

Ensure that cladding is properly installed and that it meets safety and design standards

Coordinate installation and repairs with other tradespeople and supervisors Inspect buildings and structures for damage or wear and recommend necessary repairs

Follow safety protocols and procedures

Continuously monitor and test the performance of the cladding and recommend any necessary improvements.

Requirements:

Must have 3 years of experience in cladding installation and repair.

Must have knowledge of various cladding materials and installation techniques

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Able to work in a team or independently

Must have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

A strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations and safety protocols.
