Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room
Location: Naples, FL 34103
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced Operating Room (OR) team in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate will be organized, flexible, and proficient in providing exceptional pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care to patients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Operating Room environment.
Assist with pre-operative preparation and post-operative recovery of patients.
Monitor patient responses effectively.
Maintain a safe, sterile, and organized OR environment.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Respond quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Document patient care accurately and timely in compliance with hospital policies.
Qualifications & Skills
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Experience working in an Operating Room or similar fast-paced environment preferred.
Proficient in IV insertion, management, and monitoring.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and patient needs.
Knowledge of pre-operative and post-operative nursing care standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
