RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTED OUTCOMES

End-to-End Product Delivery

Responsibility : Orchestrate the SDLC across cross-functional pods — planning, execution, and launching and translating high-level product strategy into actionable user stories spanning off-chain architecture, on-chain logic, and data pipelines

Expected Outcome: Predictable, on-time delivery of integrated releases, with complex cross-domain dependencies mapped and resolved before they become blockers

AI & Data Pipeline Management

Responsibility : Manage ML models from R&D to production deployment, ensure telemetry dashboards track model drift, and implement guardrails for AI ethics, data privacy, and bias mitigation

Expected Outcome: Reliable, well-governed AI features that ship with monitoring and compliance built in, not bolted on

Web3 & Blockchain Integration

Responsibility : Coordinate rigorous third-party smart contract audits, adapt delivery schedules to align with DAO and governance cycles, and oversee integration of wallets and decentralized storage

Expected Outcome: Secure, audit-verified on-chain releases delivered in step with governance and regulatory timelines

Stakeholder & Risk Management

Responsibility : Act as the ultimate translator across data scientists, blockchain engineers, full-stack developers, and the community; proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans

Expected Outcome: Aligned stakeholders, transparent reporting, and risks surfaced early with credible mitigation plans in place

JOB SUMMARY

Planning and implementation of end-to-end product delivery across Web2, Web3, and AI workstreams for TrustBridge Global and affiliated organizations. This includes, but is not limited to:

Delivery & SDLC Orchestration

Lead cross-functional pods through planning, execution, and launch using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices

Translate product strategy and roadmaps into well-formed, estimable user stories and sprint goals

Map and resolve dependencies between off-chain APIs, on-chain contract logic, and ML data pipelines

Orchestrate end-to-end releases from ideation to production across all three domains

AI & Data Pipeline Oversight

Manage the ML model lifecycle from R&D through production deployment and monitoring

Ensure delivery of telemetry and observability dashboards to track model drift and performance

Build AI governance checkpoints — ethics review, bias mitigation, and data privacy (GDPR/CCPA) into the plan

Web3 & Blockchain Delivery

Coordinate third-party smart contract audits and treat security as a first-class, sprint-planned activity

Align release schedules with DAO voting and on-chain governance cycles; oversee wallet integration and decentralized storage

Performance & Risk Monitoring

Proactively identify cross-domain risks, maintain contingency plans, and surface blockers early with clear mitigation

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

Work cross-functionally to meet delivery needs across departments and initiatives, with regular updates and strategic recommendations to leadership

Maintain backlog, roadmap, and sprint hygiene in Jira/Linear with visible burndowns and dashboards

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

Demonstrated experience orchestrating delivery across cross-functional, highly technical teams.

Deep methodology expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Technical fluency across three stacks: Web2 (REST/GraphQL APIs, AWS/GCP), Web3 (EVM, smart contracts, consensus mechanisms), and AI (data pipelines, LLMs, RAG architecture).

Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.

Innovative problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools, with a forward-thinking mindset open to innovations across the AI and Web3 delivery space

Skilled at building relationships and collaborating across departments, cultures, and time zones.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred

Minimum 5 years of software project/product delivery experience, including 2+ years managing AI/ML projects and 1+ years in the Web3/crypto space.

Proven track record in managing high-performing teams and cross functional projects.

Experience working within a multinational organization or international nonprofit environment preferred.

Proficiency with Jira/Linear, Notion, GitHub, and data visualization tools.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Regular workdays run from roughly 1700–0200 (PH Time) to maximize the overlap with European and US Eastern Time work hours (time spent outside regular work hours for events will be offset against regular workdays)

Ability to communicate and exchange information, collect, compile, and prepare work documents, as well as set up and maintain work files

Willingness to work more than 8 hours per day, as needed; ability to handle pressure during peak periods during the year, availability to handle issues outside of normal working hours
