General Laborer

Job: Construction Laborer – Concrete Weatherproofing

Location: Seattle, WA (5th Ave NE and NE 115th St)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay: $22.00 per hour

We're hiring construction laborers for concrete weatherproofing projects across job sites in the Seattle area. The workers will be required to reach on site on their own to report to work on time and follow the Crew leader's instructions to perform the tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with concrete weatherproofing and sealing work on commercial and residential sites

Prepare job sites by cleaning, moving materials, and setting up equipment

Mix, carry, and apply materials as directed by the crew lead

Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times

General labor support as needed on active job sites

Requirements:

Prior construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required

Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Reliable transportation to job sites in the Seattle area

Must be punctual and dependable

Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team

Must have own PPEs - Long rubber or waterproof boots, hi vis safety vest
