Requirements:

Minimum 3 years Restaurant Management Experience required

Valid driver's license and vehicle required

Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment

Knowledge of both food & labor cost controls

Excellent customer service

Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

Hire, train and develop your team to increase retention

Execute daily restaurant operations at a high level
