Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or preferably Mechatronics Engineering,
Minimum of 5 years of experience,
Good command of English,
Knowledge of ISO 50001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 standards; actively involved in energy efficiency and improvement projects,
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety standards and relevant legislation,
Experience in feasibility, planning, implementation, commissioning, and control processes of transformer installations and factory electrical/mechanical infrastructure,
Actively involved in new factory setup, facility relocation, or production line relocation projects,
Experience in managing fire safety inspections and certification processes from scratch or taking responsibility in such projects,
Knowledgeable in construction and mechanical systems, with the ability to diagnose faults and provide technical assessments,
Strong communication skills with field teams, contractors, and regulatory/audit bodies,
Solution-oriented with strong analytical thinking skills and a team player mindset,
Willing to take an active role in field operations when required,
No restriction for domestic and international travel.
Job Description:
Plan, execute, and monitor the installation processes of electrical and mechanical infrastructure for factories and facilities,
Coordinate with contractors throughout the project lifecycle,
Provide technical leadership in facility relocation or new factory setup projects,
Manage fire safety inspections and certification processes,
Analyze faults in electrical and mechanical systems and propose solutions,
Perform technical compliance checks before and after project completion.
