Position Overview :

As a BCBA, you'll provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You'll conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and partner with families and interdisciplinary teams to help clients achieve meaningful progress.

Responsibilities Include:

* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

* Develop and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

* Design and modify ABA treatment plans

* Supervise and mentor RBTs

* Provide parent and caregiver training

* Collaborate with physicians, educators, therapists, and healthcare providers

* Maintain timely clinical documentation

* Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans

Qualifications:

* Active Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)

* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

* Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

* Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs

* Strong communication and documentation skills

* Experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms

* Reliable transportation for occasional in-person service delivery

Preferred:

* Experience supervising RBTs and BCaBAs

* Knowledge of Arizona insurance requirements

* Bilingual (English/Spanish)

* Crisis intervention experience

Work Schedule:

* Remote telehealth sessions

* Home-based office

* Flexible schedule with occasional evenings or weekends based on client needs
