Position Overview

As a BCBA, you'll provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities across multiple settings. You'll conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and work closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to improve client outcomes.

Responsibilities Include

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

Develop and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Provide direct ABA services

Supervise and mentor RBTs

Deliver parent and caregiver training

Collaborate with physicians, educators, therapists, and healthcare providers

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

Active Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs

Excellent communication skills

Experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms

Reliable transportation for travel between client locations

Preferred

Experience supervising RBTs and BCaBAs

Knowledge of Arizona insurance and billing

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Crisis intervention experience
