You turn learning into action! As our Training Coordinator, you make it easy for colleagues to access high-quality training and apply new ways of working with confidence - helping teams improve performance faster.

Working at the heart of our global learning set-up, you connect people, trainers, and tools to deliver seamless learning experiences across functions and locations. You remove complexity and create structure, ensuring learning can scale and reach the right people at the right time.

You’ll join a team shaping how capability building and continuous improvement are delivered across Danfoss - playing a direct role in strengthening performance, collaboration, and sustainable innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate global training schedules, logistics, and trainers to ensure reliable and timely delivery across global locations

Manage registrations and participant tracking to create a smooth and accessible learning experience

Collect and review participant feedback to continuously improve training quality and relevance

Track and report key metrics to support data-driven decisions and visibility of learning impact

Support daily learning operations to ensure consistency and high-quality execution of programs

What We're Looking For

Experience coordinating training, events, or HR-related activities in a structured environment

Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail

Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and cultures

Experience with digital tools (e.g., Learning Management platforms and office systems)

Ability to work with data, track progress, and identify improvements

Due to the summer holiday period, applications will be reviewed in August.
