As a Saw Operator, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality parts by operating fabrication equipment and ensuring materials are cut accurately to specification. If you're detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in precision, we'd love to have you on our team.

What You'll Do

Determine production sequences by reviewing blueprints, specifications, and work orders

Set up equipment by positioning stops, guides, and turntables

Adjust machine controls to ensure accurate production

Measure, mark, and position materials using measuring devices and templates

Operate saw equipment safely and efficiently

Inspect finished products to verify quality standards

Maintain an organized and safe work area

Assist with additional duties as needed

What You Bring

Education & Knowledge

High School Diploma or GED required

At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred

Basic math skills required

Ability to read measuring tapes and use precision measuring tools

Skills & Abilities

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production equipment

Strong problem-solving skills

Commitment to quality and workplace safety

Dependable work ethic and positive attitude

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift

Frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive motions

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Visual acuity to read instructions, operate equipment, and inspect parts
