Job Summary

Vanguard Life Assurance Company is seeking ambitious, results-oriented, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Executives. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting our life insurance products, acquiring new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

- Promote and sell Vanguard Life Assurance Company's life insurance products.

- Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.

- Conduct presentations and educate clients on the benefits of life insurance.

- Prepare quotations and assist clients with policy applications.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

- Provide excellent after-sales service and policy reviews.

- Keep accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports.

- Participate in company training sessions, meetings, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

- Minimum of SHS Certificate, Diploma, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not required.

- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good networking and customer service skills.
