Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves operating and setting up helicoid rolling equipment to produce high-quality metal components. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working with machinery and staying active throughout the shift.

Pay: Based on experience!

Key Responsibilities

Follow all safety procedures and maintain quality standards

Read and interpret work orders and production tickets

Set up and operate helicoid rolling machines

Adjust rolls, feeders, and catchers for proper operation

Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to speed, pressure, and alignment

Ensure products meet specifications (diameter, pitch, thickness)

Load materials using overhead lifting equipment

Use tools such as air shear and cutting torch as needed

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Bundle, tag, and prepare materials for shipment

Perform routine maintenance and report any equipment issues

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred

Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus

Ability to work with moderate to heavy materials

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment

Strong attention to detail and safety
