This opportunity is ideal for a school-based SLP who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to directly impact students’ communication development within an educational setting.\n \n Contract Type: W2\n Setting: K-12 School Based\n Schedule: 35 hours per week\n Start Date: 8/13/26\n End Date: 2026-2027 School Year\n Work Arrangement: In Person\n Compensation details will be reviewed with you before district submission\n \n Compensation & Benefits\n \n Competitive weekly compensation based on experience\n Weekly direct deposit\n Full-time W2 benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan and more\n Licensure & CEU Reimbursement\n Referral bonus program\n Ongoing clinical management support from a dedicated CCC-SLP\n Experienced recruiter advocacy throughout your assignment\n \n Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School Based – Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments\n Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings\n Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs\n Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)\n Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication\n Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring\n Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families\n Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate\n \n Qualifications:\n \n Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Comparable\n Active OH SLP Compact privilege, Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology license or Interim CF license \n OH ODE Pupil Services Registration or Pupil Service License (the Registration\n Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) considered\n School Based experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist is strongly preferred\n Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation\n \n About Princeton Staffing Solutions\n Founded in 2016, Princeton Staffing Solutions partners with school districts nationwide to provide high-quality Special Education and Student Support professionals.
