What You Will Do

Design and implement developer experience strategies to enhance productivity and satisfaction.

Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline workflows using CI/CD practices and tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

Optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS and Azure to ensure scalability and reliability.

Develop and maintain internal tools that facilitate seamless integration and deployment processes.

Analyze developer feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve the development environment.

Lead initiatives to enhance documentation and onboarding processes for new developers.

Ideal Candidate Background

5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails.

Proven experience with cloud services, specifically AWS and Azure, in a production environment.

Expertise in CI/CD practices and tools, particularly Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for improving developer workflows.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Compensation and Benefits
