This is an exciting opportunity for a restaurant General Manager to take over and established Williamsburg operation.
This is a high volume, seasonal location in the full service, franchise segment.
The ideal General Manager will have GM level experience in a full-service operation, no bar experience required. Family style, buffet or casual. Fast casual or some QSR brands could be considered.
GM’s typically work the day shift where sales volume is the highest.
If you have a track record of building teams, managing performance and understand P&L this could be a great opportunity.
