Operations Manager

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and develop UK operations..

Location: United Kingdom

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational deployment across retail locations.

• Coordinate suppliers and operational partners.

• Ensure excellent service delivery and continuous process improvement.

• Monitor KPIs and operational performance.

• Manage inventory, equipment and operational workflows.

Requirements

3–5 years' experience in Operations or Project Management.

Strong organisational and analytical skills.

Advanced Excel skills.

Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.

English fluent (French is a plus).

Willingness to travel within the UK.
