Founding HR Generalist / People Operations

We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist / People Operations professional with 4–8 years of experience to build and lead the HR function at a fast-growing AI startup.

Requirements:

Experience as the first/founding HR hire at a venture-backed tech startup

Strong HR Generalist & People Operations experience

Hands-on experience with Rippling or a similar HRIS

Payroll, benefits administration, and California employment law knowledge

Must be based in San Francisco and able to work 5 days/week onsite
