This is a full-time/part time remote job for a Remote Event Coordinator who will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, and coordinating various logistics to support seamless operations. The role requires maintaining effective communication with clients and team members, managing calendars, and ensuring that all travel plans align with clients' needs and expectations. Additionally, the individual will be tasked with resolving booking inquiries, maintaining detailed records, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and scheduling skills to manage multiple tasks and client itineraries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members
Proficiency in travel booking systems and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and ability to resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Customer service experience, particularly in travel or hospitality, is a plus
Ability to work independently while adhering to company standards and timelines
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
