Hiring Rigid metal Duct Foreman

Austin, Texas Full-Time Direct Hire

Are you an experienced Commercial Sheet Metal Foreman looking for a long-term opportunity with a company that values leadership, craftsmanship, and career growth?

We are seeking a Working Foreman to lead commercial HVAC sheet metal duct installation crews throughout the Austin area. This is a hands-on leadership role—you'll be supervising crews while continuing to work alongside your team in the field.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate commercial sheet metal installation crews

Read and interpret blueprints and project plans

Install rigid commercial HVAC duct systems

Maintain production schedules and quality standards

Ensure jobsite safety and company procedures are followed

Communicate effectively with project management, general contractors, and field personnel

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of commercial sheet metal/HVAC duct installation experience preferred

Prior foreman or crew leadership experience strongly preferred

Experience with commercial rigid metal duct systems required

Ability to lead crews while remaining productive in the field

Strong communication and organizational skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
