Job Title:
Marketing Development Officer– Student Payment Solutions (EasyTransfer)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Marketing Development Officer to drive growth for EasyTransfer’s student payment solutions. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the EdTech, fintech, and overseas education sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and onboard education consultants, universities, and study abroad aspirants.
Promote EasyTransfer’s cross-border payment solutions to new and existing partners.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
Strategize and execute outreach initiatives including webinars, seminars, education fairs, and roadshows in key target markets.
Drive business growth by achieving monthly targets for partner onboarding and revenue generation.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless post-sales support and partner satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
Key Skills & Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in business development or sales in EdTech, fintech, remittance, or overseas education.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and sales dashboards.
Understanding of the international student recruitment ecosystem or tuition payment processes is a strong advantage.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
