Position Overview
NPP is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Office Coordinator to support our growing roofing company. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, truly enjoys working with people, and can confidently manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset and will be instrumental in helping cultivate our team as it grows.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales pipeline, handling client needs, and helping ensure deals move efficiently from lead to close. While also coordinating the office and performing behind-the-scenes day-to-day tasks.
This is a fast-paced role with growth opportunities for additional commission based on performance, client conversions, and successful project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Provide office organization, file management, and administrative support
Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails from prospective and existing clients
Support the sales team by managing and tracking leads through the pipeline
Coordinate scheduling, calls, and client communications
Dispatch and follow up on incoming leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process
Work closely with subcontractors and supply houses
Maintain CRM system (JobNimbus experience is a plus)
Assist with accounts receivable, including tracking and follow-up on outstanding balances
Help ensure accounts remain current and avoid aging beyond 30–90 days
Assist with reporting, process improvements, and operational tracking, preparing proposals, invoicing, and job summaries
Support payroll coordination and internal administrative processes
Comfortable speaking with clients and discussing services/pricing
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a dependable person who can work independently, is detail-oriented, and confident when speaking with customers. The right candidate enjoys problem-solving, can handle multiple deadlines, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by performance-based earnings. Someone who can create systems and streamline processes, has a growth mindset, and looking to grow in the role.
2+ years of experience in sales support, office coordination, administrative roles and or call center roles preferred
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Experience in construction, roofing, or related industries strongly preferred
Strong organizational and deadline-oriented
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems (JobNimbus or similar preferred)
Basic accounting knowledge (accounts receivable experience a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Google, and online platforms
Bilingual is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $47,000 annually
Work Phone or Phone Stipend: $50/month
Commission: Earn 1% on monthly sales upon reaching the targeted goal (after 90-day introductory period)
Performance Bonus: Additional incentives tied to Accounts Receivable performance (after 90-day introductory period)
Total Compensation Potential: $60,000 – $70,000+ annually
Work Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM in office
Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM in office
35-hour in-office workweek
Before and after-hours calls as needed
Time Off
Two (2) weeks Paid Time Off (after six months)
