We are seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing dietary operations in a healthcare facility. The candidate should be a Certified Dietary Manager (or willing to obtain the certification) with a strong understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements for patients.

Responsibilities:

Manage the dietary operations of the facility

Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of our residents

Ensure compliance with dietary regulations and guidelines

Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies

Supervise and train dietary staff

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of dietary programs

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met

Requirements:

Certified Dietary Manager or willing to obtain certification within 1 year of employment

Experience in managing dietary operations in a healthcare facility

Strong understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements for residents

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills
