Potential Long-Term Collaboration

I am a full-stack developer with over 8 years of experience in web and mobile development.

I would like to share an idea for potential collaboration that could be beneficial for both of us.

As you may know, securing remote jobs can be challenging. We are a team of senior developers based in China, and due to certain restrictions in our region, we are looking to collaborate with developers abroad.

In this collaboration, your role would focus on applying for and securing projects or remote job opportunities, while our team would handle the development work. We understand that finding projects is not always easy, so our team would also support you in the job application process by helping prepare materials and guiding you through technical requirements.

We are currently working with a developer based in Poland who has successfully secured multiple projects and remote roles through this approach. Given your strong English skills and technical background, we believe we can achieve similar results together.

The idea is to share the income from each project or role based on an agreed percentage. We estimate that it may be possible to secure 2–3 projects per month.
