Introduction

We are currently hiring part-time inbound customer service agents to handle incoming calls related to customer inquiries and service support.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and polite manner

• Assist customers with general inquiries, order issues, delivery or payment-related questions

• Accurately record call details and outcomes in the system

• Follow provided scripts and service procedures

• Deliver a positive and respectful customer experience at all times

• This is a work-from-home position

• Candidates should have their own computer/laptop

• Stable internet connection and a quiet working environment are required

• All calls must be handled through the company system

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric (Grade 12)

• Clear criminal record

• Basic computer literacy

• Fluent in English

• Professional telephone manner

Starting salary R14000 plus benefits
