# AI Analyst (Remote - USA)

## About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled **AI Analyst** to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner with business, product, and engineering teams to identify opportunities where Artificial Intelligence can drive measurable business value. You will analyze data, evaluate AI solutions, develop insights, and support the implementation of AI-powered products and automation initiatives across the organization.

## Responsibilities

* Analyze business processes, workflows, and datasets to identify AI and automation opportunities.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define AI use cases.

* Evaluate, benchmark, and recommend AI/ML models, LLMs, and third-party AI platforms.

* Design and conduct experiments to assess model performance, accuracy, and business impact.

* Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure AI adoption and effectiveness.

* Perform prompt engineering, testing, and optimization for Generative AI applications.

* Analyze customer interactions, operational data, and business metrics to generate actionable insights.

* Partner with engineering teams to support deployment and monitoring of AI solutions.

* Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.

* Monitor emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

## Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field.

* 3+ years of experience in data analytics, AI/ML, business intelligence, or related roles.

* Strong proficiency in **Python** and **SQL**.

* Experience working with **Large Language Models (LLMs)** and Generative AI tools.

* Hands-on experience with data analysis libraries such as **Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn**.

* Familiarity with AI frameworks such as **LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face**.

* Experience using BI and visualization tools such as **Tableau, Power BI, or Looker**.

* Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and system integration concepts.

* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

* Familiarity with vector databases such as **Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS**.

* Experience evaluating AI systems using metrics and experimentation frameworks.

* Knowledge of cloud platforms such as **AWS, Azure, or GCP**.

* Experience with MLOps, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.

* Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and agentic AI systems.
