HVAC/AC helper to install mini-split systems

Looking for helper to assist with mini-split AC installations. This will be a part time job, around 2 - 4 days work a week. Ideally someone that is familiar with hand tools and is a motivated worker. Will need to be fit enough to run electrical wires under the house on occasions. Starts at $25/hr +$20/day for fuel.
