* Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding order status, logistics, and product specifications via phone and email.

* Input and process complex client order documentation into our internal tracking database with high accuracy.

* Resolve post-delivery shipping or logistics discrepancies in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, retail support, or manufacturing logistics.

* Dedicated, distraction-free home office setup equipped with a reliable computer and high-speed internet.

* Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

* Hourly Wage: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

* Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday (Standard Business Hours)

* Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly direct deposit
