Concrete Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced concrete construction leader to oversee field operations on large commercial, industrial, and structural concrete projects. This individual will lead crews and foremen, coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and concrete placements, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and production expectations.

Ideal experience includes:

Slab-on-grade, foundations, footings, and structural concrete.

Formwork, reinforcing steel, placement, finishing, and curing.

Large commercial or industrial concrete pours.

Crew leadership and manpower planning.

Look-ahead scheduling and daily production coordination.

Blueprint, elevation, layout, and specification interpretation.

Coordination with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and subcontractors.

Safety enforcement, quality control, and jobsite execution.

Full-time
