Lead Etl/Data Warehouse Qa AnalystGenesis10 is currently seeking a Lead ETL/Data Warehouse QA Analyst for a hybrid position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Columbus, OH.

This is a 3+ month contract-to-hire opportunity.

Work Locations: Columbus, OH; Dallas, TX; or Minneapolis, MN Compensation: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications.Position Overview: In this role, you will be part of a team developing solutions that enable the business to leverage data as an asset across the organization.

As a QA Test Automation Lead, you will develop automation test strategies and frameworks while ensuring all IT SDLC processes are documented and followed.

This role works closely with multiple technology teams across the enterprise using key technologies such as Azure DevOps, Python, AWS S3, Snowflake, Zena, and DataStage.Key Responsibilities:Lead quality assurance efforts for multiple concurrent projects focused on data ingestion and integration, ensuring alignment with banking regulatory standardsDesign, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to support scalable and secure data operationsDevelop and execute comprehensive test strategies covering System Integration Testing (SIT) and partner closely with the team for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Collaborate with data engineers, developers, project managers, and compliance teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and traceability throughout the ingestion lifecycleDrive continuous improvement in QA processesDesign and implement a scalable test automation framework and strategyCreate daily and weekly test execution metrics and status reportingAssist Project Managers and Scrum Masters in driving the project team toward defect resolutionLeverage existing tools and techniques to streamline and automate wherever possibleActively participate in walk-throughs, inspections, reviews, and user group meetings for quality assuranceActively participate in the review of project requirements, data mappings, and technical design specificationsAnalyze data, troubleshoot data issues, and create action plans to address data quality issuesCollaborate with the project team on defect analysis and triageParticipate in production implementation verification and be accountable for validating system qualityPrimary Requirements:Bachelor's degree5+ years of ETL testing experience in a data warehouse environment3+ years of test automation experience2+ years of experience with Snowflake and AWS2+ years of experience leading QA Analysts on a project teamDesired Skills:Experience in the financial services or banking industryStrong experience with SQL, ETL testing, and data warehouse concepts, such as star/snowflake schema and OLAPProficiency with test automation tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, PyTest, or DBT testsExperience with cloud data platforms, including Snowflake and AWSFamiliarity with CI/CD tools, including Azure DevOpsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasksDetail-oriented and highly motivated, with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
